Description
The CoreStatsReport task gathers the following Oracle performance metrics and transmits them to TCSupportCenter where they are used to monitor performance trends and to populate charts viewable on the TCSupportCenter web site.
- Total sessions
- Active sessions
- Processes
- Open cursors
- DML locks
- Rollback transactions
- Shared pool free space
- Buffer cache hit ratio
- Parse to execute ratio
This task is scheduled to run once every ten minutes, changing this interval is not recommended.
